Tea time for colds and flu...
Ginger tea is good for upset stomach. Honey and lemon are good for colds and flu. Mint tea is good for sore throats. Black and green teas are good anti-oxidants ..but don't take your herbs vitamins or medicines with them becasue they absorb 30% of the vital ingredience! Tea can be dehydrating because of the caffeine, so be sure to drink 1 cup of water for every cup of caffeinated beverage per day.
