Asian Turkey Soup

How do you make the most variety with that big pot of turkey soup broth..? Here's an Asian twist on turkey soup... Cook 100% buckwheat noodles..(gluten free)..5-7 minutes, drain and set them aside..Place your turkey broth in a pot and Add cabbage, carrots, bok choy, garlic and ginger to your soup broth..cook until just done 5 -7 minutes..Add soup broth to noodles.. add scallions for garnish..I added some coconut aminos instead of soy..and some shriracha for spice! Cooks in less than 20 minutes
