What I'd hand you in the office, delivered to your door
Patients ask me constantly which supplement to buy, and the honest answer is that most of what's on a store shelf isn't worth taking. Dosages are too low, the forms aren't absorbable, and nobody is checking what's actually in the bottle.
So I use Fullscript. A professional dispensary that carries the practitioner-grade brands I'd stock myself. I've built lists there for the things I'm asked about most. You order directly, it ships to your house, and I'm not marking anything up in a retail display.

The lists I've built
Each one is a short, specific set of products, not a catalogue. These complement acupuncture; they don't replace it.
Chinese herbal formulas
Separate from the supplements above. A herbal formula is built for your pattern specifically — not selected off a list — and adjusted as things change. For some conditions it does more work than the acupuncture does.
This needs a consultation, either on its own or added to a treatment.
