REGENERATIVE THERAPIES

For pain that needs more than needles

Acupuncture is where almost every treatment starts. But some tissue — a joint that stays inflamed, a nerve that keeps firing, fascia that's been locked down for years — responds better when we add a second kind of input.

These three tools do that. None of them is a separate program you sign up for. I add whichever one fits, during a regular session, and I'll tell you why before I do.

What acupuncture helps with

Cold Laser Therapy $45

Low-level light delivered into tissue at a wavelength your cells absorb and use. It speeds up the repair work the body is already trying to do — which matters most where circulation is poor and healing has stalled.

I reach for this when:
A joint stays inflamed. An old injury hasn't finished healing. Scar tissue is restricting movement or causing pain somewhere else. Tendon and ligament injuries that keep re-aggravating.

Painless — most people feel a mild warmth or nothing at all. 10 to 20 minutes.

Dolphin Neuro Point-Stim $45

A handheld device that applies brief, concentrated microcurrent to specific points. It interrupts the pain signal itself and releases the muscular guarding built up around an injury, often within the session.

I reach for this when:Pain is nerve-related, burning, or moves around and won't localize. Whiplash and post-accident pain. Deep trigger points that don't release with needling alone.

Feels like a quick tap at each point. 10 to 15 minutes.

Cupping $85

Suction cups that lift and separate the layers of tissue instead of pressing into them. It draws blood into areas that have been starved of it and frees fascia that massage can't quite reach.

I reach for this when:
The upper back and shoulders are locked from desk work or stress. Tightness that returns within days of every massage. Chest congestion. Muscle soreness that isn't recovering between workouts.

Leaves round marks for a few days — they aren't bruises and they don't hurt. 15 to 20 minutes.

How patients usually do this

Book acupuncture as you normally would. If one of these fits what we find, I'll suggest it and we add it to the same visit, no second appointment, no separate consultation. You can also select an add-on when you book if you already know you want it.
