Careful with pre-work out powders!

Please read the ingredients of you pre-work out protein powder! I still find dangerous combinations of caffeine and ginseng in some of my patient's daily smoothies. This combo can lead to increased blood pressure and increased heart rate. It can make you feel jittery and puts undue stress on the nervous system and heart. Do not take protein powders with this combination!
