Today's Daily Clearing
In the last few years my meditations and healings have turned first towards clearing unwanted negative thoughts, feelings and emotions. Then.. I can set about to bring in the beneficial energies of healing, light, love, forgiveness etc.
All of the Daily clearing words are not my personal words but are received through dowsing meditations from universal consciousness….
In today’s Daily Clearing..
We find the words:
Panic and Strength
We all can feel the energies of panic. It is described in the dictionary as “sudden uncontrollable fear or anxiety causing wildly unthinking behavior”..wildly unthinking behavior…..so basically chaotic actions..fear and chaos..
We want to avoid fear and chaos for all obvious reasons.
So we must ground ourselves with our breath and the practices that bring our energies out of our head and into our heart and hara..our calm and grounded and centered strength.
Strength can mean patience. Strength can mean equanimity or keeping your head cool and actions balanced in times of challenge. Strength can mean gentleness.
Strength in the dictionary is defined as :
“the capacity of an object or substance to withstand great force or pressure”
Our ability to withstand may also have to do with not resisting or opposing where we are at the moment. Our calm strength may require patience and gentleness
We want to remember Winston Churchill’s phrase “There is nothing to fear but fear itself.”
As we think of ways to embody strength we can imagine and envision our highest most noble interior or personal warrior. One who has valor..
Valor means “great courage in the face of danger or battle”..Who are your strongest highest heroes in this moment? Whose energies and archetypes can you call upon in the moment to help strengthen, inspire and guide you?
In these days of video game avatars, Superhero movies, stories we know of ancient mythic battles and our eternal spiritual quests and warriors ..Who are your spiritual heroes…?
I think of the ancient book “The Art of War” as having some things to say about these challenging times..here are some quotes..
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” ― Sun Tzu, The Art of War
“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity” ― Sun-Tzu, A Arte da Guerra
“The greatest victory is that which requires no battle.” ― Sun Tzu, The Art of War
“Thus we may know that there are five essentials for victory: 1 He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight. 2 He will win who knows how to handle both superior and inferior forces. 3 He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks. 4 He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared. 5 He will win who has military capacity and is not interfered with by the sovereign.” ― Sun Tzu, The Art of War
“know yourself and you will win all battles” ― Sun Tzu
Remember in crisis there is opportunity.. Opportunity to find ourselves and what is really worth living and fighting for.. What really makes us strong inside in the best ways.
